Director of Visitation Analytics

The Director of Visitation Analytics role is hybrid or remote depending on the employee's location: employees within 50 miles of the Broomfield office work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and may work offsite Monday and Friday; eligible employees outside commuting distance may work remotely from listed locations. The position is based in Vail, CO, and pays $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus annual bonus and equity. The Visitation Analytics team forecasts and analyzes skier visitation across Vail Resorts' network. The director leads a five-person team and partners with Finance, Marketing, and Analytics colleagues to turn guest and business data into insights that inform growth initiatives and executive decisions. The role also stewards forecasting and reporting processes and develops the team's analytical capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead analyses supporting growth strategies
• use guest behavioral, transactional, experience, and research data to identify visitation opportunities
• own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting insights
• collaborate on datasets and analytical capabilities, including AI adoption
• coach and develop a five-person team
• build cross-functional relationships
• present recommendations to senior leaders.
