What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
• provide information about accounts, products, services, and policies
• assist with online and mobile banking
• resolve issues and follow up with members
• identify cross-selling opportunities and make referrals
• assist with account requests and maintenance
• guide members through applications
• verify identities and follow security requirements
• troubleshoot basic digital banking issues
• participate in training and provide process feedback.
