The Personal Care Aide / Direct Support Professional role is an onsite, one-to-one in-home and community support assignment in Manalapan, NJ. The schedule is Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with pay of $18–$21 per hour. Kindly Direct Care provides onboarding and assignment-specific training. The professional assists an individual with daily routines and personal care while promoting dignity, privacy, choice, and independence. The role also provides supervision, companionship, safety support, and assistance with community activities, while following individualized instructions and reporting concerns.

What you'll do

• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, hygiene, and meals
• provide one-to-one supervision, companionship, and safety support
• assist with errands, appointments, and meaningful activities as applicable
• follow individualized care, behavioral, medical, and safety instructions within DSP scope and training
• observe and report changes
• complete service documentation and timekeeping.
