What you'll do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• assist with consolidated financial statements
• design and monitor internal controls and support SOX compliance
• serve as primary contact for external auditors
• prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
• streamline accounting processes
• supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff
• support 409A equity valuation and M&A due diligence and purchase accounting.
