Groundskeeper (Part-Time)

What you'll do

• Inspect common areas and amenities throughout the day and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
• remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
• complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist with apartment turns
• change locks according to property policy
• check pool gates for proper operation
• distribute resident notices
• report hazards
• respond respectfully to resident questions and maintenance complaints
• participate in safety meetings and training and report incidents.
