What you'll do

• Participate in developing repair plans for vehicles
• prepare estimates according to insurance partner and company guidelines
• maintain repair schedules before, during, and after repairs
• communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day they are written
• help keep customers’ cars clean and tidy
• and consult with management about industry procedures and equipment.
