What you'll do

• Process an average of 50 unemployment insurance claims or questionnaires per week within deadlines
• review supporting documents and obtain clarifications
• liaise with the Department of Labor and clients
• advise clients on HR and employee management issues
• coordinate hearings and appeals at the manager’s discretion
• review account charges
• enter claims and documents in Zoho
• perform data entry in ACCESS
• and support client retention and sales activities.
