Compensation is $18–$22 per year. The Customer Engagement Specialist is an onsite role based in Lexington, KY. This role supports the residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services department at Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning. This position exists to drive lead generation and customer engagement within retail environments. The specialist acts as a brand ambassador, educating homeowners on home comfort solutions and scheduling free in-home consultations to support the company's service goals.

What you'll do

• Engage with shoppers to discuss home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as a brand ambassador for ARS services.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for specialists.
• Support in-store promotions and maintain a professional presence.
