Warehouse Technician

What you'll do

• Issue parts, supplies, and equipment using pick tickets
• receive and verify incoming shipments
• tag and shelve inventory
• scan and file receiving and custody documents
• count and reconcile stock
• enter inventory data
• assist with obsolete inventory removal and discrepancy resolution
• contact suppliers about over/short/damaged items and past-due orders as requested
• complete month-end counts and reports
• maintain records
• operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• keep the warehouse safe and orderly
• escort delivery trucks
• prepare freight and shipping documents
• plan projects
• mentor junior technicians
• may act as team leader when the supervisor is absent.
