What you'll do

• Develop Field Service Managers through coaching
• set priorities and follow through on customer satisfaction, job completion, productivity, sales, and service quality
• build a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability
• align staffing and schedules with customer demand
• ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are ready for local and remote technicians
• use performance data and AI tools to identify opportunities and solve recurring problems.
