What you'll do

• Lead recruitment and selection to fill positions on time and within budget
• analyze exit interviews and employee feedback
• develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures
• contribute to HR objectives aligned with the operating plan
• maintain and report HR statistics
• monitor employment-law compliance and conduct investigations
• support orientation, performance reviews, coaching, and employee counseling
• oversee employee records
• plan and administer employee engagement events and the department budget
• provide accurate information to payroll
• participate in workers’ compensation and disability claims
• ensure assigned internal controls and regulatory processes are followed.
