Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is an onsite position in Clearwater, FL. Compensation is $18 per hour. Interim HealthCare provides personalized home care and emphasizes putting patients first. The CNA supports seniors and people with illness, injury, or chronic disease in their homes. The role helps patients with daily activities and mobility, monitors and documents health indicators, and works with home health nurses and aides to follow care plans.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail and skin care, and eating support
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• check vital signs, measure intake and output, monitor blood glucose, and document changes
• follow care plans with home health nurses and aides
• notify a supervisor about issues that may require changes to care, medication, or equipment.
