The role supports Gifthealth’s Enterprise Learning & Development team within the People Team as the company works to simplify prescription and health-service experiences. The manager owns learning systems and administrative operations so programs can be delivered reliably, scaled, and tracked. The role supports program owners, facilitators, and instructional designers while maintaining learning data, compliance tracking, and operational processes.

What you'll do

• Administer and improve the LMS/LXP
• design learning catalogs, paths, automation, and integrations
• manage vendor relationships
• maintain dashboards and reports
• manage user roles, permissions, and data privacy
• coordinate course schedules, enrollments, waitlists, completions, and certifications
• track required training
• support session logistics
• resolve learner and manager questions
• maintain process documentation
• translate curriculum plans into tested learning experiences
• use feedback to improve systems and processes.
