Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing

What you'll do

• Maintain resident care in a clean and safe environment
• develop and ensure nursing care plans
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, residents, and healthcare team members
• make nursing diagnoses
• record medication administration
• monitor assigned staff for compliance with safety regulations and facility procedures
• follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
