Help Desk Technician

What you'll do

• Receive, prioritize, troubleshoot, document, and resolve service requests
• provide onsite and remote user support
• support computers, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and business applications
• prepare and deploy endpoints
• assist with authorized account and access changes
• troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and basic connectivity
• follow security requirements
• maintain asset records and documentation
• support onboarding, offboarding, projects, and vendor coordination
• escalate advanced or critical issues
• participate in occasional scheduled maintenance or after-hours support when business needs require.
