What you'll do

• Provide visible leadership and guidance to production staff
• work with the Production Supervisor to establish and deploy standard work
• ensure production schedules and expected line rates are met
• review waste and downtime and take action to improve results
• understand, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment
• coordinate maintenance within the shift
• transfer information between shifts
• cover for the supervisor during vacations or unexpected absences
• perform other assigned duties.
