HVAC Service Manager

The HVAC Service Manager role is onsite in Eugene, OR. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year base, plus a performance bonus tied to gross profit and team results. The role leads Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air’s residential HVAC service team at a family-owned company serving its community for nearly 65 years. The manager develops technicians and oversees service operations to improve performance, quality, customer experience, and business results. This field-driven leadership role includes coaching technicians, coordinating with dispatch and support teams, and using service data to guide decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead field ride-alongs, coach and develop technicians, reinforce sales and service standards, address performance gaps, and own service revenue, margin, conversion, and customer satisfaction outcomes. Hire, onboard, and retain technicians
• coordinate daily operations with dispatch and support teams
• hold team meetings

• and work with leadership on business goals and profitability.
