What you'll do

• Assesses plans and evaluates the patients care needs and carries out physician orders.
• Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors vital signs.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Instructs and educates patients and families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.
