The role models procedures, assists with training and competency assessments, shares observations with BCBAs and the Clinical Director, and helps children build skills and independence.

What you'll do

• Deliver ABA sessions under BCBA direction
• model procedures and provide field feedback to newer RBTs
• cover sessions and support high-need cases
• assist with new-hire shadowing, treatment-integrity checks, and team training
• share observations with BCBAs and the Clinical Director
• complete session notes and data within 24 hours
• maintain confidentiality and follow the RBT Ethics Code.
