Project Coordinator

Job overview

The Project Coordinator role is hybrid in Lansing, MI, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. The coordinator supports an enterprise Project Management Office delivering call center technology and support initiatives for an established client. The role helps Project Managers plan, coordinate, monitor, and document multiple IT projects so teams can manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and lifecycle deliverables. It also supports communication and change control across technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of multiple IT projects
• use Clarity or a similar portfolio tool to prepare schedules, assign resources, and manage budgets
• prepare presentations and project information
• monitor costs, scope, schedules, resources, quality, risks, issues, and deliverables
• communicate progress and decisions
• maintain lifecycle documentation
• support change management and corrective action plans
• and support call center technology and operations projects. Associate degree and at least two years of Project Coordinator experience are required.
