What you'll do

• Lead the Day Camp program’s vision, growth, and execution
• design age-appropriate outdoor experiences for campers ages 6–13
• develop curriculum, discipleship initiatives, and character formation
• recruit, hire, train, supervise, and mentor staff
• build relationships with families, churches, schools, and community partners
• manage budgets, schedules, staffing, transportation, registration support, records, and reporting
• ensure compliance with camp policies and safety standards
• evaluate program outcomes and develop participation and retention strategies
• collaborate with Guest Services, Food Service, Program Support, Marketing, and Operations.
