The Experienced HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Pittsboro, IN, with work throughout Pittsboro and the surrounding area. The technician inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains residential heating and cooling systems, helping customers stay comfortable. The role uses troubleshooting skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and explain service options while supporting the company’s repair, indoor air quality, and geothermal services.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of residential HVAC repair and maintenance experience and current EPA Certification. NATE Certification is preferred but not required. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities.
