What you'll do

• Organize new-job files and distribute project information
• assist with project schedules and material delivery sequences
• upload budget hours into shop accounting software
• organize contract revisions and supplements
• request drawing and specification clarifications
• review returned submittals
• coordinate finish samples and material approvals
• administer project drawings, change orders, and submittals
• facilitate communication to resolve issues
• submit shop drawings and product data
• attend production meetings
• assist with monthly billings and closeout documents
• submit LEED reports.
