IT Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and document user issues
• support Windows servers and desktops, Microsoft 365, Azure, firewalls, managed switches, and LAN/WAN connectivity
• respond to proactive monitoring alerts
• manage ticket queues and schedules
• communicate incident progress and changes to customers
• escalate issues that cannot be resolved within service levels.
