What you'll do

• Greet customers arriving for service
• handle service department calls about repairs, scheduling, costs, and completion dates
• assist with repair quotes and write service orders for customer approval
• open and close repair orders during customer or service overflow
• assist shop supervisors with technician assignments
• monitor job progress and update customers
• assist technicians in identifying upsell opportunities
• report customer complaints to service management
• inspect completed jobs for quality and cleanliness
• finalize paperwork and check cash schedules
• provide relief for shop supervisors as needed
• promote housekeeping and safe work practices.

Why this role
