What you'll do

• Prepare and review computations, workpapers, schedules, and other materials for federal and foreign tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions
• prepare and review ASC 740 income tax provision calculations for domestic and foreign operations
• research tax positions and draft memorandums
• assist with client tax planning
• meet engagement deadlines
• supervise staff
• participate in engagement planning and decision-making
• stay current on tax practices and law changes.
