The Per Diem Registered Nurse, Home Healthcare role is onsite in Woburn, MA, with patient visits in the North Shore and Merrimack Valley service area. Compensation is $70–$150 per hour. Boost Home Healthcare - North Shore supports patients’ recovery and wellness through personalized, coordinated care. The nurse provides intermittent skilled nursing in patients’ residences under physician orders and the Clinical Manager’s direction. The role evaluates nursing needs, initiates and revises care plans, provides specialized and preventive or rehabilitative nursing procedures, and documents visits and care conferences.
