What you'll do

• Show homes to buyers
• work with buyer clients from consultation through closing
• identify buyer needs and property criteria
• prospect for buyer and seller opportunities
• follow up with leads
• build and manage a real estate pipeline
• develop homeowner relationships and listing opportunities
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and appointments
• coordinate property access
• maintain CRM notes
• participate in training, coaching, and prospecting.
