The Hydro Blaster Trainee role is onsite in Claremore, OK, with compensation of $20.50 per hour. The position is a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, and overtime as needed; occasional weekends may be required. The trainee joins an industrial crew learning specialized equipment cleaning and maintenance. Working alongside experienced technicians, the trainee assists with high-pressure water cleaning, equipment setup, and job-site safety. The role builds practical skills in industrial cleaning and maintenance and may develop into a skilled technician career.

What you'll do

• Assist experienced technicians with setup and operation of industrial cleaning equipment
• connect and move hoses, pumps, nozzles, and other equipment
• support cleaning and maintenance of industrial equipment, tanks, and piping
• prepare tools and materials and safely load and unload equipment
• monitor work areas for safety
• keep equipment and work areas organized
• participate in safety meetings and hands-on training.
