What you'll do

• Ensure service quality, security, and compliance
• manage work distribution and timely customer issue resolution
• identify reactive-support trends and drive automation and process efficiencies
• support proactive client management and SLA adherence
• handle ticket escalations and critical issues
• maintain documentation and compliance standards
• report Service Desk KPIs
• oversee systems and tools deployment, maintenance, and upgrades
• support client onboarding and team development.
