What you'll do

• Visit commercial client locations during evening hours, inspect cleaning and maintenance work, communicate instructions and feedback in English and Spanish, and supervise and support cleaning teams and independent contractors. Address attendance, call-out, supply, equipment, and service issues
• complete inspection reports
• communicate urgent concerns to management
• and build relationships with crews to support client satisfaction.

Why this role
