What you'll do

• Document activities, projects, and tickets
• hand off in-progress tickets before shift end
• monitor ticket queues
• escalate issues according to documentation
• resolve assigned Level I escalations
• update IT Glue articles
• assist with ISP and vendor outage calls
• troubleshoot onsite during visits
• maintain call and ticket SLAs and customer satisfaction
• support Active Directory, virtualization, Windows servers, networking, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
