Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Plaistow, NH, with a stated pay range of $130,000–$220,000 annually. Methuen Construction delivers water and wastewater treatment, industrial facility, and other critical infrastructure projects for private and public clients.

What you'll do

• Review and revise project budgets and schedules with project leadership and superintendents
• update schedules at least monthly. Review construction methods, purchase major equipment and materials, negotiate subcontractor agreements, and monitor submittals and purchase orders. Manage contracts, change orders, proposals, claims, payment requisitions, budgets, cost reports, schedules, and project progress. Visit job sites to review supervision, progress, quality, and safety
• mentor superintendents and keep senior management informed.

Requires 7–10 years of construction experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Timberline PM and scheduling software experience are highly preferred. The role manages multiple projects that may account for $15 million to $100 million in annual volume.
