The Preschool Children's Ministry Teacher (Mission Coach) role is onsite in Grapevine, TX, and pays $16–$18 per hour. The Pillars Christian Learning Center is a faith-based preschool focused on early childhood education and children’s developmental, emotional, and academic milestones. The Mission Coach leads spiritual development curriculum at the center, mentors teachers, and supports children and families in faith formation. The role also assists with after-school program needs and helps maintain a visible, supportive community presence.

What you'll do

• Support the Director of Spiritual Development with regulatory and licensing compliance
• ensure delivery of the spiritual development curriculum
• train and mentor team members
• model classroom programming
• observe daily devotion activities and provide feedback
• communicate with parents through ProCare
• support family engagement and enrichment events
• teach biblical truths, lead chapel, support prayer and worship, and coach teachers on spiritual development.
