Nurse Trainer

What you'll do

• Develop training curriculum and materials
• coordinate nurse and stakeholder training
• monitor quality-assurance trends
• participate in monthly QA calibrations
• communicate with new hires before orientation
• train users on equipment and software
• develop and track Lessonly content
• provide remedial training and progress updates
• follow up with nurses after 90 days
• occasionally answer calls when requested by a supervisor to help clear the customer service queue.
