What you'll do

• Operate, inspect, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, program, and balance HVAC equipment and controls
• maintain CRAC units and systems serving communications and server rooms
• perform preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance
• handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA Section 608
• maintain DDC, EMCS, and BMS functions
• document work orders and equipment records
• follow safety requirements
• support after-hours callout and 24/7 mission-essential operations as directed.

Why this role
