What you'll do

• Administer project safety programs and site-specific safety plans
• supervise construction to meet plans and specifications
• verify subcontract and insurance documentation
• coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and supplies
• create and manage the Site-Specific Quality Plan
• assist with budgets and cost tracking
• manage time-and-materials processes and production quantities
• track schedules and milestones
• lead daily stand-ups and weekly foreman meetings
• coordinate deliveries
• communicate with clients, engineers, contractors, and building officials
• supervise foremen, assistant superintendents, and project engineers.
