What you'll do

• Build and maintain the biologics intellectual property portfolio
• advise senior leaders on patents, regulatory data exclusivity, trademarks, and other IP issues
• support corporate and business development and research collaborations
• conduct due diligence, patent searches, competitive landscape, patentability, and freedom-to-operate analyses
• monitor patent trends and case law
• review publications and presentations
• provide litigation support.
