Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist role is onsite in Chestertown, MD, and pays $22–$32 per hour. The role supports sales initiatives and customer relationships by coordinating programs, analyzing sales and product trends, maintaining CRM records, and assisting the Regional Sales Manager and sales team with training, pricing, quotes, and administrative work.

What you'll do

• Make outbound sales calls to selected customers
• research sales and product trends and provide analysis
• coordinate and track distributor growth programs
• use the CRM to record customer interactions
• participate in regional calls, meetings, and training coordination
• provide operational guidance and workflow management
• coordinate project-based pricing and quotes.
