What you'll do

• Prepare patients for in-office and virtual visits
• collect health histories and patient data
• assist licensed providers with evaluations and services
• perform phlebotomy and specimen processing if certified
• administer injections, vaccines, or medications within scope and training
• document encounters in the EMR
• coordinate telehealth workflows, labs, prescriptions, and follow-ups
• support aesthetic and wellness services
• educate patients within scope
• maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory
• assist with scheduling and front-desk workflows
• follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and laser-safety protocols.
