What you'll do

• Develop and execute bankruptcy servicing strategy and departmental goals
• oversee Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 case administration, payment processing, plan review, discharge processing, and litigation support
• ensure timely review of filings and proofs of claim
• monitor plans, payments, court deadlines, and investor requirements
• manage attorney networks and vendors
• partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory changes
• support examinations, audits, and corrective actions
• monitor operational risk and quality
• analyze portfolio performance and provide executive reporting
• manage and develop bankruptcy managers, supervisors, team leads, and analysts.

Why this role
