Nursing House Supervisor - Acute Care

Provides leadership for all nursing units and clinical support areas during assigned shift. Monitors and evaluates performance of agency and temporary staff, especially nursing staff. Determines, coordinates, and monitors the flow of patients between units to maximize patient safety and experience and the use of the organization's resources. Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifi
