What you'll do

• Respond to and qualify inbound leads
• assess prospects against the ideal customer profile
• route qualified opportunities and schedule meetings or demos
• maintain lead scoring and routing rules with Sales and Marketing
• nurture leads and conduct targeted outreach
• plan pre-event engagement and follow up
• maintain lead records in Salesforce
• report on meeting bookings, response times, and lead sources
• meet monthly and quarterly meeting targets.
