Superintendent — Ground-Up Multifamily Construction

What you'll do

• Promote safe work practices and maintain an organized jobsite
• oversee quality during MEP, open-wall, insulation, stairs, and railing phases
• complete Procore inspections and close observations
• coordinate subcontractors and scheduled work
• anticipate schedule risks and ensure materials are available
• coordinate MEP trades and inspections
• maintain as-built and field documentation
• communicate project status and issues with field and project management teams.
