What you'll do

• Manage daily care of residents in skilled nursing and personal care
• ensure quality services and programs
• communicate with families, medical personnel, and team members
• maintain accurate and timely paperwork, records, MDS, and reports
• follow regulatory, safety, confidentiality, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements
• advocate for residents
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on care plans
• support healthcare department operations.
