• Implement the JAG curriculum
• recruit students and build relationships with school personnel, parents, employers, and community partners
• create individualized career development plans
• help students overcome barriers
• connect students with career exploration, work-based learning, employment, and postsecondary opportunities
• mentor and advocate for students.
