What you'll do

• Provide customer care to patients and clients
• process invoice payments
• answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain medical histories
• determine immunization and test status
• communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs to doctors and technical staff
• fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter product requests as instructed by a veterinarian
• enter data into computer software.
