What you'll do

• Prepare for client meetings through research, design concepts, and notes
• research and order event elements and materials
• assist with digital and printed materials
• support vendor and venue sourcing
• handle administrative tasks and package pickups and drop-offs
• assist onsite teams with setup, supplies, guest check-in, and event flow
• participate in domestic travel for select onsite events as opportunities arise.
