What you'll do

• Lead and assign daily team tasks
• assist with supervisory duties and performance evaluations
• perform or assign preventive maintenance and work orders
• conduct safety sweeps and training
• support equipment repair troubleshooting
• manage tools, spares, and parts
• participate in maintenance and continuous-improvement projects
• coordinate contractors
• perform hands-on maintenance work.
