What you'll do

• document clinical care and maintain facility correspondence
• collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, residents, families, and facility teams
• keep current on Medicare benefits and commercial insurance plans
• contribute to interdisciplinary care for residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
